How to cancel Headspace

You cancel Headspace on its own account page (headspace.com), in 3 steps. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead. You normally keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel Headspace, step by step

1. Sign in at headspace.com and open Account, then Subscription.
2. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
3. Bought in the app? Cancel through Apple or Google Play instead.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

Then Headspace can't cancel it for you: the store bills you, so you cancel there.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Headspace → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Headspace → Cancel subscription.

If Headspace's page won't let you cancel, send this to their support through their help page or chat:

Subject: Please cancel my Headspace subscription

Hello,

Please cancel my Headspace subscription on the account registered to this email address, with effect from the end of the current billing period, and confirm by email. Please do not renew or charge me again.

Will I get a refund if I cancel Headspace?

Usually not for the period you've already paid for: you keep access until it ends. Some services refund on request in the first few days; ask Headspace's support if you were charged by mistake.

Does deleting the Headspace app cancel it?

No. Deleting an app never cancels a subscription. Cancel on the account page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.

How do I stop Headspace charging me again?

Cancel using the steps above, then check your next statement. If you paid with a card, the charge stops after cancelling; you don't need to cancel the card.
