Delete your account
How to delete your Nummo account and every piece of data in it.
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and all its data within 30 days, and confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, plan, budgets and goals
- Every spend, bill and subscription, including what your inbox or bank texts found
- Your inbox connection (we revoke our access), and your place in any shared space
- Advisor questions and answers
What we keep
Only what the law requires, such as records of purchases, which Apple or Google also hold. If you have Pro, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions too: deleting your account doesn't stop the store billing you.
Just want to stop the inbox reading?
In the app, open Settings and disconnect your inbox. Reading stops straight away and everything else stays as it is.
