How to cancel Zomato Gold
Cancel your Zomato Gold subscription in 3 steps, stop the next charge, and what happens to your access.
You cancel Zomato Gold on its own account page (zomato.com), in 3 steps. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead. You normally keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancel Zomato Gold, step by step
- Open Zomato and tap your profile.
- Open Gold membership and turn off auto-renew.
- Revoke any UPI AutoPay mandate for Zomato in your UPI app.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Then Zomato Gold can't cancel it for you: the store bills you, so you cancel there.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Zomato Gold → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zomato Gold → Cancel subscription.
Paid with UPI AutoPay?
Cancelling stops Zomato Gold renewing, but the AutoPay mandate can stay in your UPI app. Revoke it so nothing is taken by mistake:
- Open the UPI app you used (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank's app).
- Find AutoPay (often under your profile or settings, sometimes called Mandates).
- Choose the Zomato Gold mandate, tap Cancel or Revoke, and confirm with your UPI PIN.
A cancellation email you can copy
If Zomato Gold's page won't let you cancel, send this to their support through their help page or chat:
Subject: Please cancel my Zomato Gold subscription Hello, Please cancel my Zomato Gold subscription on the account registered to this email address, with effect from the end of the current billing period, and confirm by email. Please do not renew or charge me again. Thank you.
Questions
Will I get a refund if I cancel Zomato Gold?
Usually not for the period you've already paid for: you keep access until it ends. Some services refund on request in the first few days; ask Zomato Gold's support if you were charged by mistake.
Does deleting the Zomato Gold app cancel it?
No. Deleting an app never cancels a subscription. Cancel on the account page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.
How do I stop Zomato Gold charging me again?
Cancel using the steps above, then check your next statement. If you set up UPI AutoPay, revoke the mandate in your UPI app too.
