How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription in 4 steps, stop the next charge, and what happens to your access.
You cancel Adobe Creative Cloud on its own account page (account.adobe.com), in 4 steps. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead. You normally keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud, step by step
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan, then Cancel your plan.
- Annual plans billed monthly can carry an early-cancellation fee; check the amount shown before you confirm.
- Cancelling within 14 days of purchase gets a full refund.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Then Adobe Creative Cloud can't cancel it for you: the store bills you, so you cancel there.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Adobe Creative Cloud → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Adobe Creative Cloud → Cancel subscription.
Paid with UPI AutoPay?
Cancelling stops Adobe Creative Cloud renewing, but the AutoPay mandate can stay in your UPI app. Revoke it so nothing is taken by mistake:
- Open the UPI app you used (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank's app).
- Find AutoPay (often under your profile or settings, sometimes called Mandates).
- Choose the Adobe Creative Cloud mandate, tap Cancel or Revoke, and confirm with your UPI PIN.
A cancellation email you can copy
If Adobe Creative Cloud's page won't let you cancel, send this to their support through their help page or chat:
Subject: Please cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription Hello, Please cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription on the account registered to this email address, with effect from the end of the current billing period, and confirm by email. Please do not renew or charge me again. Thank you.
Questions
Will I get a refund if I cancel Adobe Creative Cloud?
Usually not for the period you've already paid for: you keep access until it ends. Some services refund on request in the first few days; ask Adobe Creative Cloud's support if you were charged by mistake.
Does deleting the Adobe Creative Cloud app cancel it?
No. Deleting an app never cancels a subscription. Cancel on the account page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.
How do I stop Adobe Creative Cloud charging me again?
Cancel using the steps above, then check your next statement. If you set up UPI AutoPay, revoke the mandate in your UPI app too.
