How to cancel Peacock

You cancel Peacock on its own account page (peacocktv.com), in 3 steps. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead. You normally keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel Peacock, step by step

1. Sign in at peacocktv.com and open Account.
2. Go to Plans & Payment.
3. Select Change Plan, then Cancel Plan and confirm.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

Then Peacock can't cancel it for you: the store bills you, so you cancel there.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peacock → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Peacock → Cancel subscription.

If Peacock's page won't let you cancel, send this to their support through their help page or chat:

Subject: Please cancel my Peacock subscription

Hello,

Please cancel my Peacock subscription on the account registered to this email address, with effect from the end of the current billing period, and confirm by email. Please do not renew or charge me again.

Will I get a refund if I cancel Peacock?

Usually not for the period you've already paid for: you keep access until it ends. Some services refund on request in the first few days; ask Peacock's support if you were charged by mistake.

Does deleting the Peacock app cancel it?

No. Deleting an app never cancels a subscription. Cancel on the account page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.

How do I stop Peacock charging me again?

Cancel using the steps above, then check your next statement. If you paid with a card, the charge stops after cancelling; you don't need to cancel the card.
